The Complete Martial Art
Mr. Rasmussen oversees a wrist lock application
We begin with soft and precise movements, which are essential for the development of the fast and powerful strikes of the advanced practitioner. An unbalanced or poorly controlled vehicle cannot travel safely, at speed.

We use biomechanically sound self defence techniques and psychologically positive teaching methods.

Our system minimises injuries caused by poor technique or unnecessary force.

Self confidence is developed by setting realistic goals and systematically working toward those goals. Intimidation is not a tool we use for teaching. It does not develop self confidence. It merely weeds out those who were not confident before.
